watercolor on watercolor paper

I did a digital painting with a similar concept, but I never really got the hang of digital art, and I was never truly satisfied with the outcome, so did a similar painting in watercolor, which I am much happier with. original: [link]

A certain child I know loves blowing bubbles, and is fascinated watching me chase them around to pop them as he blows them. But, even though I do it to make him laugh, there's a certain part of me that is horrified at the thought of popping a bubble; it's almost like killing a butterfly, for they both hold for me similar magic of possibility and wonder. That was the inspiration for this picture.

I don't know why, but the colors come out very different on different computers. I can never seem to get them to really match up the original in any case
