I got a little frustrated with my digital work not looking like I wanted it to, and did a real life watercolor. My scanner isn't working, so I had to take a digital picture, which of course ruined all the colors, but it will have to do. I tried to fix up the colors in photoshop with minimal success.

I'm ridiculously pleased with how it turned out (The original, before it was messed up by the camera).

I often make up stories about my pictures as I paint them. As for this one, I imagined that the fairy is a prisoner in this dark and lonely place.
